Gamma is a promotional partner only and has no role in investment decisions or fund operations. You agree that Gamma shall have no liability associated with the initiative, and Gamma is not responsible for any actions or outcomes associated with the initiative.
Application Terms
The stated $10M is our targeted allocation, not a guarantee of deployment. Applicants retain all intellectual property rights in submitted materials and grant Afore Capital and Gamma a non-exclusive license to review submissions for investment consideration. Use of Gamma for this initiative is subject to the Gamma Terms of Use Agreement (https://gamma.app/terms). Gamma Privacy Policy (https://gamma.app/privacy).
Data Sharing
By applying, you consent to Afore Capital collecting your contact information and pitch materials for evaluation. We may share your contact information (name, email, phone) with our sponsors for their services, but not your pitch materials or financial data. You may contact us to opt-out of this data sharing. 3. Information Sharing
Afore may share your contact information (name, email, phone number only) with our sponsors for their services. They may contact you regarding their services. Email ideastorealityfund@afore.vc within 30 days to opt out.
